About Primote Africa
Primote Africa is a remote and flexible job board and career development platform that connects African talent with global and local employers. We offer job access subscriptions for job seekers, hiring services for employers, and paid career services for individuals looking to upskill or brand themselves for remote work success.
User Eligibility
To use our platform, you must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
Account Registration
All users must register an account to access the platform. Job seekers are required to subscribe to access job listings. Employers must also register to post roles and purchase hiring or recruitment services. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
Payments and Refunds
Both job seekers and employers are required to pay applicable fees to access services. All payments are processed via secure third-party providers. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Job Seeker Subscriptions: Access to curated remote and flexible job listings is available through a paid subscription plan. Free trial options may be available for a limited period.
- Career Services: Job seekers may also purchase CV/resume writing, interview preparation, LinkedIn optimization, and career coaching.
- Employer Services: Employers may pay for job listings, featured placements, and talent sourcing packages.
Service features and prices may change at our discretion and will be updated on the platform.
Job Seeker Obligations:
Job seekers must provide accurate and verifiable information when creating an account or submitting applications. Subscriptions grant access to job opportunities but do not guarantee employment.
Employer Obligations:
Employers must provide accurate and lawful job descriptions. Posting false or misleading jobs, engaging in discriminatory recruitment, or contacting job seekers for unrelated purposes is strictly prohibited.
All materials on the platform including content, templates, videos, logos, and designs are the property of Primote Africa or its licensors. You may not reproduce, reuse, or distribute any of our materials without permission.
You may not use the platform for fraudulent activities, impersonate others, solicit business unrelated to your role as a job seeker or employer, or engage in abusive or discriminatory communication.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 12 months prior to a claim. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including missed job offers, hiring delays, or loss of data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will first be addressed through mediation, and if unresolved, resolved via binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.
